According to the terms of the Law of Ukraine “On protection of personal data”, by filling the registration form, each participant gives his/her consent to collection, processing, use and transfer to third parties of his/her personal data as well as images, photo-, audio- and video recordings taken during the event for marketing purposes of the organizers and/or third parties.
In case the registration application is filed on behalf of a child, the person submitting the application guarantees that he/she is a legal representative of a minor and/or underage child (is a parent,adopter, guardian etc.) and gives his/her consent to use, processing, transfer to third parties of personal information of a child, his/her personal data, photo-, video- or audio materials with his/her participation for the purpose of advertising the event and other marketing purposes of the organizers or third parties without any compensation from the race organizers (and/or third parties) and without prior agreement with such legal representative.
According to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On protection of personal data” (hereinafter – the Law), I confirm my consent to personal data processing.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, processing of my personal data means any action or set of actions carried out in whole or in part in the automated information system and/or personal data files that are associated with collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, restoration, use and distribution, depersonalization, destruction of information about me.
Hereby also confirm and agree with the fact that I am aware of the inclusion of information about me in the database of personal data in order to ensure its effective operation, of my rights, determined by the Law, and of transfer of my data to the circle of persons specified by the Law.
I undertake to inform about the change of my personal data within two months from the date of such changes.
